Procedure of Form
INC-29
Form INC-29 is an option to process
for the separate application for Director Identification number, Reservation of
name, Incorporation of Companies. This e Form is accompanied by supporting
documents including details of Directors & subscribers, MoA and AoA etc.
Once the e Form is processed and found complete, company would register in 48
hours. Also DINs gets issued to the proposed Directors who do not have a valid
DIN. Maximum three Directors are allowed for using this integrated form for
allotment of DIN while incorporating a company. Only one name choice is given
to the promoters to apply for name of the company

Procedure for Registering a company by using Form INC-29:
- · Obtain Digital Signature: To obtain Digital Signature, the signed Digital Signature form along with a self-attested copy of PAN Card and Address Proof must be submitted to the DSC Agency like Emudhra or Sify.
- · After DSC of the Proposed Director is ready, we need to apply for DIN in the integrated form. Maximum Number of 3 directors is allowed to file & Din shall be allotted to maximum 3 directors.
- · Promoter of proposed company shall proposed only one name.
- · Template as per Memorandum of Association will be prepared in Form INC-30 and template as per Articles of Association will be prepared in Form INC-31.
- · Promoter or applicant shall sign the witness the Subscription Sheet of Memorandum of association and Article of Association.
- · INC 10 is required to be attached along with eForm INC 29. Earlier Form INC-10 has to be notarized by the bank/ Public Notary but now the promoter or first director shall self attest his signature & latest photograph in Form INC-10.
- · Company may furnish verification of Registered Office in this form or if company wants to file registered office proof separately, then company has to file Form INC-28.
- · If after examining, Registrar finds necessary to call further information or such application/documents to be defective, then he shall intimate the applicant for removing the defects or resubmitting the form within 15 days,
- · After Resubmission, if Registrar still finds the defect or incompleteness, then he shall give one more opportunity of 15 days for removing the defects & completing the form.
- · Certificate of Incorporation should be issued by Registrar in Form INC-11.

ReplyDeleteThe information you shared is really Fantastic.. There is an option of fast track incorporation. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has given effect to this form of incorporation through INC 29. This form facilitates the incorporation in one single step. Through E-form INC-29 one can carry out the process of DIN application, Reservation of Name & Incorporation of new Private Limited Company in a signal step.
