1) If you have been allotted DIN between 1st April, 2018 - 31stMarch, 2019, file this form with no govt fees (upto 30thSeptember, 2019),
or
2) EXISTING director who have earlier filed the form, and now willing to update their data have to file eForm DIR-3 KYC with no govt fees (upto 30th September, 2019),
or
3) DIN Deactivated due to non-filing of eForm DIR-3 KYC in previous tranche , file this form post payment of Rs. 5,000/- as Government Fees
Also, File KYC via web service as compliance for current year with no govt fees (upto 30th September, 2019)
