Now a days, Changing the name of LLP is so easy. Please follow the steps below in order to change the LLP name;
- First Check Initial LLP Agreement
- Check name at MCA whether it is available or not
- Form 1 (Application for reservation or change of name) is required to be filled for name approval.
- After the name gets approved, applicant is required to file Form 5 (Notice for change of name) to intimate the registrar about the name change of LLP.
- Supplemental LLP Agreement to be executed for changing the name of LLP
- File Form 3 with the Registrar
